The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”), informs that the Company has received the nomination of Mr Jakub Rafał as a Member of the Supervisory Board. The notification has been submitted by Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A, representing the shareholders of the Company, i.e. Rockbridge Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Alpha Hedge, Rockbridge Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Long-Short and the following sub-funds within Rockbridge Otwarty Fundusz Inwestycyjny Parasolowy: Small and Medium Companies Equity Sub-Fund, Selective Sub-Fund, Gaming and Innovation Sub-Fund. The candidature was submitted in connection with the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, providing for the adoption of resolutions on changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board on its agenda. The application was accompanied by the candidate’s curriculum vitae and his consent to stand as a candidate, together with a declaration.
