The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”), hereby provides the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 14 April 2023 as attached.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that the Annual General Meeting adopted all resolutions included in the agenda. The Annual General Meeting waived voting on item 11 of the agenda, i.e. adoption of resolutions on changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board. In addition, no objections were raised to the minutes during the Ordinary General Meeting.
The Company communicates the content of the adopted resolutions in the appendix to this report.
