Further to the current report No. 1/2018 dated 26 February 2018 concerning the agreement with Kuu Hubb Oy, Helsinki (“Kuu Hubb”) on the basic terms and conditions for the change of distribution rules for the game MyHospital, the Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that on 2 May 2018, it became aware that Kuu Hubb has signed an agreement to acquire all rights to the game MyHospital.
The agreement also provides for Kuu Hubb to assume the costs of maintenance, marketing and advertising, as well as all software, server and telecommunications costs related to the operation or publication of the game. The Company will maintain the My Hospital game development team and in-game development work until the end of June 2021, with Kuu Hubb having the right to decide at any time to discontinue the Issuer’s MyHospital game development work and take it over itself.
Kuu Hubb will pay the Issuer a fee of €2.6 million payable in 26 monthly instalments starting in April 2019.
In the event that Kuu Hubb recovers the aforementioned amount from the revenue generated from the game, the Issuer will hold a 25% share of the further revenue generated by the game.
