The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces the schedule for the publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2020:

• – report for the 2019 financial year. – 19 March 2020
• – report for Q1 2020 – 14 May 2020
• – report for Q2 2020 – 6 August 2020
• – report for Q3 2020 – 10 November 2020.

At the same time, the Company announces that, pursuant to §6.10a of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”, it will not publish a periodic report for Q4 2019.
