With reference to current report No. 5/2018 of 17 May 2018 on the selection for funding by the National Centre for Research and Development (“NCBR”) of the application of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) for co-financing of the project entitled “Development of an intelligent analytical platform designed to analyse the game environment and user behaviour of freemium / free-to-play games” (the “Project”) submitted within the framework of the competition 5/1.1.1/2017 “Fast Track” for SMEs, Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020, the Company’s Management Board informs that it has become aware that NCBR has signed an agreement on co-financing of the Project.

The total cost of the project is PLN 3.6 million, with a grant of PLN 2.6 million. The project is scheduled to last 30 months.

As part of the Project, the Company intends to develop a platform for intelligent analysis of data generated in real time by users of freemium / free-to-play games. Thanks to the development of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and the development of a proprietary analytical model, the platform will enable automatic data analysis in order to recommend changes to the game environment leading to the optimisation of key game parameters (KPIs – Key Performance Indicators) defined by developers.
